A year ago today Parker got his mission call to the Trinidad, Port of Spain Mission. 8 months ago today he reported to the MTC. It's crazy that much time has gone by already!
He had his first and second bike accident, but was OK thankfully ... except for a pair of pants!
He met a cute monkey that Edmund owns.
He celebrated Phagwa.
He hiked to a very cool waterfall in the rain forest.
Also, he's worked, taught, and helped baptize several people and has made lasting friendships with the people of Suriname! His companion is Elder Van Den Herik from the Netherlands. He said a few weeks ago that he wouldn't want to be anywhere else at this time in his life.
