Science Fair

Conner came up with a great idea for a science fair project all by himself. He decided to find out if the shape of an ice cube effected how fast it melted. I ordered some ice cube trays and he did everything else.He added one tablespoon of water for each ice cube.
After they were frozen, he popped them out, labeled them and then kept track of how long it took them to melt.

Just getting started.
All melted.

Here are the ice cube trays. A heart, cube, fish and pineapple.

Here's his completed project.

Here's his honorable mention. They had 1st-5th place and then 6 honorable mentions (out of 100 kids). He did a great job and we were proud of him for doing it all on his own! Congratulations Conner!
