A Glorious Day!

Days like yesterday are one great thing about living in the Bay Area! It was 70+ degrees and gorgeous out. The hills are turning green and spring is in the air. This is one of my favorite times of year in the Bay Area. After spending the morning cleaning the house, watching some college basketball, grocery shopping (the day before the Super Bowl was a little crazy) and working on the science fair project we decided to head out on a bike ride. Here are the kids after a couple of miles.

Along the way we saw three deer.

Then, we headed to Benihana to celebrate Trav's birthday. Parker wasn't feeling great and decided not to come. Too bad ... it was so yummy!
Here are Conner and Grandma.

Calissa (with a chunk of chicken in her mouth) and Grandpa (not looking at the camera)!

Trav and I

Happy 40th Birthday Trav (almost)!
After dinner we came home and had cookies and milk with the kids and watched Winter Wipeout. That is a funny show. Then, Trav and I relaxed and watched our new favorite show Castle after the kids went to bed. I wish all Saturdays could be as wonderful as this one was!
