Parker's team party for the Major Rockies was held on Wednesday, June 10th at Round Table Pizza. I finished the DVD's on Tuesday night and finished burning them on Wednesday during piano lessons. Parker had a great season individually, but his team didn't. He didn't get discouraged. I asked him about half way through the season about how he felt about losing and he said, "It's not fun to lose, but at least we're out there playing baseball."
Parker played short stop this year for his team and didn't sit out one inning. He's got great instincts when it comes to where the ball is going to go and has a good arm on him as well. He did a lot better hitting this year and even was the team leader with 21 hits this season. He also was 2nd in RBI's and 2nd in Batting Average with a .333.

This is what Calissa did during the party. She took about 20 pictures of the things that she got and several shots of herself as well. At least she was occupied!!
Happy and sad that the regular season is over. Great season Parker!!We're proud of you!
