Friday, December 11th was the annual Christmas Recital. I had thought about cancelling it this year due to many cancelled lessons, but finally decided to have it. The kids did a great job and I'm gad that we had it. It's my favorite recital of the year.
Conner played "Up on the Housetop" and "Away in a Manger." He did a great job (even if he did play a little fast ... not one mistake!)
This was Calissa's very first recital and she did a great job (although had the opposite problem of Conner ... her one song was so slow Travis and I thought she wouldn't ever finish it!) She played "Up on the Housetop" and "Silent Night." We were very proud of her.
Parker played first in the recital ... a spot reserved for the better students. He did a great job as well and played "Ukrainian Bell Carol" and "We Three Kings."
