Disney Cruise - Day Four!

Tuesday we were in St. Thomas.  We had scheduled a Catamaran Snorkel and Beach Tour for the day.
Ready to get off the ship!
Parker saying, "Really mom?  Another picture?"
 Ready to go!
We didn't know what to expect, but we were not expecting a pirate ship!
They give each tour a specific sticker so everyone knows which tour you are on.  I lost mine on the way off the boat, but found it a few minutes later stuck to my arm!
 Getting ready to board BONES!

It was a beautiful day and we were happy to get on and head out to our snorkeling spot.

Our three-person crew for the day were wonderful!
His shirt says, "25 years scaring old people and making kids cry!"
 Goodbye Disney Fantasy!
 And we're off!

Calissa and I (right as the guy behind me was puking in the bucket)!
Unfortunately the seas were pretty rough.  I guess that's very unusual.  We had a bumpy ride and the poor family by us were not feeling well.  However, we had a great ride and enjoyed the wind in our hair and the sun on our faces!  (At least until we got sunburned!)
Ready to snorkel in Turtle Cove. I wasn't sure Calissa or Conner would get off the boat to snorkel, but everyone did and we all saw turtles!

Calissa and I after we got back on.
Travis getting ready to get back on the boat.
Calissa got a few strap burns from her life jacket, but she stayed out in the water with me the whole time as we explored the turtles and the reef.
In between the snorkeling and our hour ride to Honeymoon Beach, a few of the family got pirate tattoos. (I love this picture of Calissa!)
 Trav and Parker did too!
After another hour at sea, we arrived at Honeymoon Beach.  Our captain told us there were two ways to get ashore.  One, jump overboard and swim.  Or two, ride on the dingy. Almost all of the ship jumped overboard and swam for shore.  The only problem was that we had no towels, sunscreen, cameras, etc., but it was warm enough that we dried quickly and I tried to stay in the shade!
Calissa and I getting ready to swim to shore.
On the island we had a yummy lunch and Calissa played in the water.  I chatted with a local artist who makes jewelry out of sea glass.  He told Calissa if she found a big enough piece of sea glass that he'd make her a charm for a necklace for free.  (That was nice since my money was on board the boat!)  The boys played a game of sand volleyball with the crew and other's from our boat.
Unfortunately, both Travis and Parker dove for balls and found out that in certain spots there was concrete under the sand!  Poor Travis got his knee and his foot in two places!
After several hours on the beach, we swam back to the boat and then headed back to our ship.  On our way back, a plane landed right behind us in the water.  It was pretty cool!
We were greeted by Dumbo as we pulled back into dock.  We had a great time on our shore excursion and were proud of everyone participating in everything.  We hadn't done something like that before and really enjoyed our day.  We all ended up sunburned in different places even after putting the sunscreen on three different times that day!
Our show for the night was a magician and illusionist, Shawn Farquhar.  He was AMAZING!!  Really, really cool!
We bought Parker a watch for him to take on his mission!  (On sale and duty free!)
Our towel art for the day!
