The boys won two very important games the next to the last week of the season to put them in a position to make it to the NCS playoffs. They ended the season with a winning league record (7-5) with huge wins over Clayton Valley and Berean to advance. They ended up a 10 seed and were scheduled to play a 7 seed. They played in El Cerrito on Wednesday night.

Our boys played sooooo good! They were in control at all times. It was great to see them so confident out there on the court. We won the 1st game 25-23.
Keep it up Concord!
Smiles all around. Maybe we can do this!
Great positive coaching from Coach Romer. We were so lucky to have him coaching this year!
Parker with a kill.
Another hit from the back row.
We won the 2nd game 25-18!
We lost the 3rd set 25-23. We were down 24-18 and ended up almost coming back! They played so well. We won the 4th set 25-19!
The boys were so excited! This was the first post season win for CHS Boys Volleyball in at least 11 years (and probably longer)! Way to go Concord! We play Las Lomas on Friday night.
Friday night we played Las Lomas, the number 2 seed. We had played them already this season and they were VERY GOOD! Unfortunately, Coach was in Utah running a marathon on Saturday morning so he wasn't there to coach the team. So, the JV Coaches, Clayton, Marley & Mariah helped out.

They lost in 3 sets, but had some good rally's during the game. They had a great season and we were so proud of them!
